Please keep in mind that class placement is at the discretion of the teachers and studio director.  If a student is misplaced, CK Dance Company will recommend another class that better suits your child.

All classes on the schedule are subject to change, or cancellation, at any time.

NOTE: By submitting this form you are reserving a spot for your child in the selected classes. HOWEVER, their spots are not secured until the Registration Fee and 1st Month’s Tuition is received.
